Frost T. is a green-spotted Toad and inhabitant of Starborn Valley who appears in the game Paper Mario. Frost T.'s name is a pun on the word "frosty", a reference to the fact that he lives in Starborn Valley, which is located in the freezing Shiver Region.

Frost T. first appears in Paper Mario in the intro of the game, where he can be seen talking to Russ T. at the party being held in Peach's Castle.
