First appearance Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (2004)

The Toad sailor, or the sailor who's constantly freaking out, is a timid and scared Toad who works in Rogueport in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.

He's the only Toad sailor in the game to wear green clothes and has always a worried look on his face.

He's seen walking around in the docks area for most of the game, but during Chapter 5, he joins the crew of the S.S. Flavion in order to reach Keelhaul Key and find out what happened to his brother, one of the many sailors that went missing after sailing Keelhaul Key's waters. After the Embers attack, he, Admiral Bobbery and Four-Eyes result to be the only members of the crew missing. Mario finds them some days later while exploring the island. Thanks to Bobbery fighting the Embers, the Toad sailor and Four-Eyes arrive at the camp, where the rest of the crew is. After Mario rescues the other castaways, the Sailor Toad finds his brother amongst them. After they return to Rogueport, they can both be seeing on the docks.

Tattle

  • That's a Toad sailor. He seems pretty freaked out to be a sailor, but hey. I always hear him worrying about his brother, so maybe that's why he's so tweaked. Y'know, speaking of which, you don't exactly worry about Luigi much, do you?
