The Shy Guy Army is the Shy Guy faction of the Koopa Troop led by General Guy. It appeared in Paper Mario. The Army's headquarters and base of operations is the Shy Guy's Toy Box.
In Paper Mario, the Shy Guy Army had attacked and stolen objects in Toad Town. Mario infiltrated the Toy Box searching for the fourth Star Spirit, Muskular and returned the stolen objects. Near the Red Station, he encountered a large group of Shy Guys known as the Shy Squad--supposedly General Guy's personal subdivision of the army. Shortly after that, other more unique parts of the Shy Squad appeared to protect General Guy. These included two Stilt Guys and two Shy Stacks. Mario could not battle General Guy until the Shy Squad had been completely removed.
