Min Min is a fighter character originating from ARMS for the Nintendo Switch. She is a Chinese martial artist who battles to promote her family's ramen restaurant. On March 26, 2020, it was announced that the next Super Smash Bros. Ultimate DLC fighter would be from ARMS, and would be released in June[1]; on June 22, 2020, the fighter was revealed to be Min Min and it was announced that she would be releasing through an update available June 29th, 2020. Her corresponding stage is Spring Stadium.

Prior to her inclusion, she also appeared as a spirit in the game.

Trivia

  • Min Min is the first DLC fighter that had an in-game spirit before she was introduced as a DLC Fighter in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
  • Min Min is the first and currently only DLC Fighter to have an existing Assist Trophy character from the same franchise as part of the base game.
  • Min Min is the second Nintendo Switch debut character added to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, after Byleth.
  • She is the first and currently only solo female without an alternate costume DLC Fighter in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
