The Big Magikoopa in Yoshi's Safari

In Yoshi's Safari, an unnamed Big Magikoopa appears as the second phase of the Magikoopa boss fight in Cornice Cave.

Super Princess Peach

Giant Kamek, a Magikoopa enlarged by magic, appears as the boss of Giddy Sky in Super Princess Peach.

Super Mario Maker / Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS / Super Mario Maker 2

Big Magikoopas appear again in Super Mario Maker, its 3DS port, and its Nintendo Switch sequel, as Magikoopas that can be enlarged with Super Mushrooms. They act the same as Magikoopas, only bigger and in the Super Mario 3D World style, take two hits to defeat.

A Big Magikoopa can appear as a boss in the Road to Superstar mode in Mario Sports Superstars. It attacks by firing magic blasts at the amiibo cards and teleports around. When its health is depleted halfway, it can summon Bullet Bills to attack the amiibo cards, as well as summoning Shy Guys. The game also introduces a color variation called Big Yellow Magikoopa.

Mario Tennis Aces

In Kamek's Special Shot in Mario Tennis Aces, he temporarily uses magic to enlarge himself, becoming a Big Magikoopa.

In Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, a Big Magikoopa covered in Darkmess, known as Giant Magikoopa, appears as an optional boss in Terra Flora, in the side quest Magikoopa the Magnificent. 28 Sparks are required to enter the golden pipe leading to the Giant Magikoopa. The Giant Magikoopa is always level 30. In battle, the Giant Magikoopa does not attack directly; instead, it summons six Goombas every turn and powers up every other enemy on the battlefield.

In The Tower of Doooom DLC, the Giant Magikoopa might be the boss on the 10th floor, appearing with various enemies. It must defeated to win the battle.
