Donkey Kong Bananza Rally Event

Donkey Kong Bananza Rally Event was a promotional event held at Yodobashi Camera and Aeon stores in August 2025. The events held at both stores differed slightly, as Yodobashi featured a photo rally and Aeon featured a quiz rally. The event Yodobashi stores began on August 1, 2025 and ended on August 31, 2025, while the event at Aeon began on August 8, 2025 and ended the same day as the Yodobashi event.

Yodobashi Camera[edit]
The Yodobashi Camera event featured four locations that participants could take photos at. If participants took photos at all of these locations and collected the "secret words" on the posters in these areas, they would receive a Donkey Kong sticker. The four photo locations each featured different artwork that participants could take photos with, specifically Donkey Kong and Pauline in the Hilltop Layer, Pauline and Donkey Kong in his Kong Bananza form, Void Company, and a bunch of three Banandium Gems. Once participants finish the rally, they will receive a special notebook or a special acrylic board if they also purchased eligible products. To receive the notebook, they had to purchase Donkey Kong Bananza and the Donkey Kong & Pauline amiibo. To receive the acrylic board, participants had to purchase both Donkey Kong Bananza and a Nintendo Switch 2.

Aeon[edit]
To participant in Aeon's quiz rally, participants were to obtain a sun visor and a quiz rally sheet at the event's starting point. The questions are written on three posters available throughout the store. If one answers all three questions correctly, they will receive a sticker themed after the game. This sticker is identical to the one provided at the Yodobashi Camera event.
