Effect Creates a vine when thrown at wood

Bridge Seeds are items in Donkey Kong Bananza. They are carryable orange seeds with a curly green stem. Bridge Seeds appear on pedestal-like objects with five leaves. When thrown at wood, Bridge Seeds form a grass vine from where it was thrown to Donkey Kong. This vine can pass through walls and has a length limit. Once the vine begins growing rapidly, the Bridge Seed reappears at its pedestal. When picked up again, the vine disappears. When Bridge Seeds are thrown at wood Crockoids, the Crockoid becomes immobile and flails its arms until the vine dissappears. Multiple Bridge Seeds are found throughout the Forest Layer, mostly on sublayer 600. Bridge Seeds also appear in the Elephant Elder's Rehearsal Hall.

Bridge Seeds behave like chunks, meaning they can defeat Buzzoids and be Turf Surfed on. Bridge Seeds are classified as the "Seed" terrain type. During the Emerald Rush game mode added in Donkey Kong Bananza: DK Island & Emerald Rush, a Void Goal can appear that requires growing a vine of a certain length with a Bridge Seed.
