“Catch this, youngsters. There's only one way to perfect a Bananza: practice. If you rehearse with new challenges, you'll strengthen your performances. And that strength should make it easy to hook inspiration for a new song.”
Kong Elder, Donkey Kong Bananza

Bananza Rehearsals are special levels in Donkey Kong Bananza. They are extensive levels designed to utilize the full abilities of each Bananza.

In the post-game, Pauline is set to perform at New Donk City Hall, but must create a new song. She reunites with Donkey Kong in Ingot Isle Cave-In in hopes of meeting the elders to find inspiration. Travelling through the Underground World again, the duo meet each of the elders, who recommend that they endure their Rehearsals to find inspiration.

Once all five elders' Rehearsals are completed, Pauline states that she still does not have enough inspiration. Travelling further down, they seek the Great Harmoneel in the Planet Core for more help. The Harmoneel gives the duo a final Rehearsal to help Pauline.

The player must collect a certain amount of Banandium Gems before being allowed to attempt each Rehearsal. Donkey Kong will always be in the Bananza form of the elder hosting the Rehearsal. Each Rehearsal also contains Banandium Gems that can be collected. There are also five balloons hidden in each Rehearsal; finding and popping all five will reward the player with the disc for an instrumental version of the respective Elder's Bananza.

For the Final Rehearsal, the player must first clear all five of the elders' Rehearsals. Popping all five balloons rewards the player with the disc of the instrumental version of "Breaking Through (Heart of Gold)".
