Geysers are objects in Donkey Kong Bananza. They are glowing spots in terrain that constantly emit small, temporary particles. Destroying the terrain one is found in causes it to spew items out. The item created is determined by the geyser's color. Geysers appear in three colors: gold, which create gold; red, which create an apple; and green, which create emerald ore, exclusively appear during Emerald Rushes, and are known as "emerald geysers".
Smashing terrain and opening treasure chests occasionally result in a geyser occurring. In these situations, only the items created by the geyser appear.
Two Emerald Perks can appear during an Emerald Rush that affect geysers: Green Geysers and Emerald Treasure. The former increases the amount of emerald geysers that occur while smashing terrain and the latter increases the amount of emerald geysers that occur when opening treasure chests.
In the Hilltop Layer, a worried Fractone can be found with a geyser in them. The Fractone describes the sensation of the geyser as "fluttery". Once Donkey Kong activates the geyser, the Fractone enters a cheery mode, claiming that they feel lighter.
