The Underground World is the primary setting for Donkey Kong Bananza. As its name implies, it is a vast world consisting of many different layers located deep underneath the surface of the planet. Donkey Kong is sent into the Underground World while exploring for Banandium in Ingot Isle. There, he encounters Pauline[1], then transformed into the Odd Rock.
The Underground World is home to Banandium Gems and fossils.
