Gold appears before the credits starts in Donkey Kong Bananza.
Banandium gold roots in the sinkhole between the Planet Core and New Donk City during the credits of Donkey Kong Bananza.

Banandium is a mineral that drives the plot of Donkey Kong Bananza. Produced by the Banandium Root, it is edible and produces Bananergy to fuel Bananza forms.

"Banandium" is a portmanteau of "Banana" and "-dium", a common suffix in elements on the periodic table.
