This is a list of the 56 Banandium Gems that can be found in the Lagoon Layer of Donkey Kong Bananza. Banandium Gems marked with a dagger (†) are unavailable during the first visit.

| 24 | Blasting for the Banana | Below the floating platform with Cranky Kong on it, there is a cave with a switch that can be Dive Punched to reveal a body of water full of explosives. The Gem is on the other side of the water. | Available from the start | |

| 37 | Concrete Wall on the Moving Floor | After crossing Orangu-Hang Highway, Donkey Kong must destroy the concrete wall on the path above and then get up there using the Boom Rock terrain created by the Molevoloid. He must then destroy the concrete wall to the left past another Molevoloid, above a moving platform. The Gem is hanging above. | Available from the start | |

| 42 | Lure and Destroy!† | By smashing a stone wall near the previous Gem, Donkey Kong can find a room with three spiked-concrete Crockoids, a Dive Punch switch, and a Bopper Switch. He must punch the Bopper Switch to align the three enemies and then use the Dive Punch switch to cause them to fall to their demise. | 46 | Wallop and Destroy!† | By smashign a stone wall near the previous Gem, Donkey Kong can find a room with two spiked-concrete Stompoids and two indestructible Neptunite Wallopoids. He must lure the Wallopoids to either crush the Stompoids, or have the latter hop onto the former after they fall, which will cause the Stompoids to fall off after the Wallopoids raise back up. | 49 | Bounce and Destroy!† | Midway through the Fifth Scrappin' Ground, Donkey Kong can find a detour off to the left behind a stone wall, leading to a room with iron ball launchers and a suspended thorny platform with three spiked-concrete Crockoids. He must use Charge Punches to launch iron balls off of the pyramid-shaped protrusions and cause the Crockoids to fall down or be destroyed.
