A Void Stake is an object appearing in Donkey Kong Bananza. They are large, purple structures created by Void Company and resembling Void Kong. They are deployed to block access to lower sublayers throughout the Underground World. Void Stakes create a field of voided terrain under the ground beneath them, preventing Donkey Kong from accessing the entrance. They can be destroyed by landing on the gold switch on top with a Dive Punch, or by attacking them normally multiple times. Many are protected by a dome-like shield which must be removed with a key before the Void Stake can be destroyed.
A variation of the Void Stake appears as the core of Peekabruiser, Stompenclomper, Inflammonite, Abracajabya, Sinister Blusterwing, and Muckety-Muck. After defeating the boss, the Void Stake enlargens and needs to be destroyed to enter the next layer.
