Relatives

Glamtones are Fractones shaped like a T-shirt, similar to Styletones, in Donkey Kong Bananza. They appear in the Ingot Isle Cave-In, the Canyon Layer, the Divide, the Resort Layer, and the Feast Layer. In each of these layers, they request a certain fashion style from Donkey Kong and/or Pauline. The player must equip the items for them that match the style, then talk to the Glamtone. If the items match the requested style, they reward Donkey Kong with a Banandium Gem. This is similar to a number of missions in Super Mario Odyssey, where certain characters requested a specific outfit from Mario to grant him a Power Moon or access to a restricted area.

Like most other Fractones, Glamtones are made of Fractonium, except for the one in the Ingot Isle Cave-In, which is made of gold.

Glamtones reward the following Banandium Gems:

Banandium Gem name Location Requested style Required items
Decked Out in Gold Above the Getaway in Ingot Isle Cave-In "Gold is king. We would like to see some fashion that emphasizes the resplendence of gold..." Bananergy Tie, Banandium-Gold Fur, Golden Britches
Decked Out in Helmets Next to the Sinkhole in the Canyon Layer "Helmets are landing hard on the top of our list this season. We would like to see some fashion that shows off the headiness of helmets." Mining Helmet, Gold-Mining Gear
Decked Out in Animal Print On the path leading to the Forest Layer in the Divide "The fur of a zebra. The britches of a giraffe. What a beautiful union they would make. Show us this union on your furry frame, if you would be so kind." Monochrome Split Fur / Monochrome Gradient Fur, Traction Britches
Decked Out in Dampness Next to the Sinkhole in the Resort Layer "It is hot. It is oh-so-very hot. This sort of day makes us long for fashion that keeps us cooled off and stylishly soaked..." Soggy Cravat
Decked Out in Matching Clothes Next to the Sinkhole in the Feast Layer "Matching outfits are doubly chic. We would like to see fashion with britches and a coat that match..." Burn-Proof Britches, Yellow Tempest Coat
