Getaways are resting areas in Donkey Kong Bananza. Each of them are in different Underground World locations and created by Architectones in exchange for a payment of 100 gold, and then after more than one of them have been built in each same layer, Trustytones appear in front of them to simulate a Stuff Shop, a Style Shop, or a Chip Exchange. Upon being created, they each gain a bed, a closet, and a Music Player. When Donkey Kong and Pauline rest in a new Getaway for the first time, Pauline will have a chat with Donkey Kong before going to sleep.
