Super Mario Game Play in Starfield Hanam was an event held on the first floor of Starfield Hanam from April 22, 2026 to May 5, 2026. The event mainly allows participants to play Super Mario games for the Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Switch 2, though exclusive merchandise was also given out at the event.

The main activity advertised for the event was the ability to play various Super Mario games for the Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Switch 2. The sole available system at the event is the Nintendo Switch 2, though one Nintendo Switch game is included in the lineup of available games. The included games were Super Mario Galaxy + Super Mario Galaxy 2, Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park, Mario Tennis Fever, Super Mario Party Jamboree – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Jamboree TV, Mario Kart World, and Donkey Kong Bananza. Multiple "zones" in which participants can play these games were available at the event. Participants were to reserve a zone containing the game that they wished to play on the day of the event in front of the venue.
Each participant received one of two sun visors. One visor is themed after the Mario Cap, while the other is themed after the Luigi Cap. Additionally, actors in Mario and Luigi mascot costumes appeared at the event from April 25 to April 26 and from May 1 to May 5. A meet-and-greet event with the mascots was held, with each participant in the event receiving one of three fans depicting a Super Mario character. The fans depict Mario, Princess Peach, and Yoshi, respectively. A wall that participants may take pictures in front of is also available, which features artwork of Warp Pipes.
Additionally, clear files themed after Mario and Luigi were given out to participants who played a Super Mario game at the event and checked in with their Nintendo Account via a QR code.
