Yodobashi Camera Co., Ltd. is a Japanese retail company. Since 2019, Nintendo has collaborated with Yodobashi Camera to create events promoting games in the Super Mario franchise, mostly consisting in quiz rallies.

A quiz rally titled Super Mario Quiz Rally (スーパーマリオ ワイズラリー, Sūpā Mario Kuizu Rarī) took place at various Yodobashi Camera stores in 2019, in which participants had to answer questions vaguely related to some Super Mario characters. A New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe sticker was given at the end.

Luigi's Mansion 2 HD Quiz Rally (2024)[edit]

In 2024, a quiz rally took place at Yodobashi Camera stores to promote Luigi's Mansion 2 HD. Participants had to wear Luigi visor caps and answer four questions related to the game on posters around the store. Each participant received a sticker at the end.

Donkey Kong Bananza Photo Rally (2025)[edit]

From August 1 to August 31, 2025, a photo rally promoting Donkey Kong Bananza took place at the Akiba, Kyoto, Umeda, and Hakata Yodobashi Camera stores.[6] Participants had to wear visor caps and take note of letters (which together formed the word "KONG")[7] located at four photo spots in the store to receive a sticker.[6] A promotion was also active at the same time where customers would receive a notepad by purchasing the game or the Donkey Kong & Pauline amiibo or an acrylic board by purchasing both a Nintendo Switch 2 and the game.[6]
