MIA Co., Ltd. (formerly UCO Co., Ltd.) was a Japanese amusement company that managed arcades and entertainment complexes in Japan, including the Takarajima and Paraboland arcades. It was founded in February 2001 as a division of arcade manufacturer Nihonunica Co., Ltd. (later Folio Co., Ltd.) and it began operations in February 2006 after it acquired its parent company's arcade locations.[1] Around 2012, due to the company's financial problems caused by the decline of the industry, the company started transferring its business to other companies.[2] The company ceased operations and changed its name to MIA Co., Ltd. in September 2013.[2] It filed for bankruptcy in May 2014.[2]

The company managed the officially licensed Mario Factory arcades between 2006 and 2010.
