WILL Co., Ltd. is a Japanese contract developer founded in 1988 that that had strong ties to Hudson Soft and is also similarly connected to Nintendo's subsidiary Nintendo Cube. WILL has co-developed every installment of the Mario Party series since Mario Party Advance besides the arcade installments, and were also involved in developing the Papercraft battles for Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam. Outside of assisting the aforementioned developers, they have also worked on several other games for various companies.

Although WILL's work on the Mario Party series is uncredited prior to Super Mario Party, the company has a list of its productions on the official website. The names of the games prior to Super Mario Party are left blank, but the dates, platforms, and genres listed correspond with those of the Mario Party games and Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam.[2]
