Peachette[1] is a unique form of Toadette, obtained by grabbing the Super Crown in New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe. Upon obtaining the Super Crown to transform, she highly resembles Princess Peach but has a different dress, a Toad cap-like crown, gray irises, pigtails, and Toad shoes.

History

New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe

Peachette first appears in New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe. In this form, Toadette is able to Double Jump, and can also perform Peach's Floating Jump, identical to how the Flying Squirrel form functions, although she cannot cling to walls. She also automatically gets boosted out of any pits, lava, or poison that she falls into, though only once. If Peachette tries this twice in row, she will fall into the pit, lava, or poison and lose a life.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Following the version 3.1.0 update released on May 30, 2019 and during the "Super Smash Sisters" event that ran from May 30 to June 4, for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Peachette was available into the game as a primary, Ace-class spirit , though she was accidentally revealed a week earlier on May 21.[2][3] In her spirit battle, the player was required to defeat Peach, Mario, Luigi, and a Mii Brawler dressed as Toad on Mushroom Kingdom U within one minute while under the effects of low gravity and a higher launch rate.

Peachette appears as a playable character in Mario Kart Tour, but it is unclear whether she is her own character or an alternate costume for Peach.[4]
