In the 2022 Bowser Tour, RMX Bowser's Castle 1 was one of the two signature courses, the other being GBA Bowser's Castle 3; however it was not the tour's spotlight course. It appeared as the third course in the Shy Guy Cup, the second course in the Peachette Cup, the location of the bonus challenge in the Peach Cup, and the location of the tour's Coin Rush. Its T variant appeared as the second course in the Bowser Cup and the first course in the Koopa Troopa Cup, and its R variant appeared as the first course in the Funky Kong Cup and the third course in the Wendy Cup.
