Dr. Toadley's intern is a female Toad who serves as the nurse of Toadley Clinic during the events of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and its 3DS remake, Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey. She has pink round spots on her mushroom cap and wears golden earrings and a white apron outfit. She first appears in the Conference Hall at Peach's Castle for a conference about the blorbs at the beginning of the game. Later, she is at Toadley Clinic when Mario and Luigi come in to see Dr. Toadley at the same time. She states that only one patient at a time would be able to see the doctor, though Mario and Luigi fake having the blorbs in order to see Dr. Toadley together.
