"Li'l Princess, Big Bark" is a theme composed for Paper Mario: Sticker Star, although it goes unnamed. It is given a proper title for a rearrangement in Paper Mario: Color Splash. In Paper Mario: Sticker Star, the track plays in Chomp Ruins during the Big Chain Chomp's rampage, and again when the Big Chain Chomps are let loose from posts in Rumble Volcano.

In Paper Mario: Color Splash, an arrangement of the theme returns as a leitmotif for Princess. In this version, the trumpets are more prominent while the backbeat is much quieter. It also starts with a muted guitar instead of a descending piano riff. It plays during cutscenes involving Princess, most prominently in Marmalade Valley, and when using the Bone in battle. This also makes it one of the few Thing tracks to not follow the usual naming scheme. "Li'l Princess, Big Bark" is found on Marmalade Valley's record in the Prisma Museum.

Another arrangement, titled "The Happy Professor," plays in Paper Mario: Color Splash after Prof. Kinopio is cheered up in the Mondo Woods. This track also becomes available in the Prisma Museum after repainting all of the level's colorless spots. It is a slightly extended version, including briefly quoting the game's main theme. It is composed with similar instruments as "Prisma Cardware," including xylophone, woodwinds and acoustic guitar.
