"Bowser Jr. Battle"[1] is a musical theme in New Super Mario Bros. Wii, where it plays during the boss battles against Bowser Jr. in World 4-Airship, World 6-Airship, and World 8-Airship. The intro is based on that of "Bowser Jr. Battle" from New Super Mario Bros., which in itself is based on the intro of "Fortress Boss" from Super Mario Bros. 3.

New Super Mario Bros. U / New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe[edit]

In New Super Mario Bros. U and the Nintendo Switch port, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, the original version of "Bowser Jr. Battle" plays during the boss battles against Bowser Jr. in The Mighty Cannonship and Boarding the Airship.

New Super Luigi U[edit]

In New Super Luigi U, the original version of "Bowser Jr. Battle" plays during the boss battles against Bowser Jr. in All Aboard! and Bowser Jr. Showdown.

Mario Party 9[edit]

In Mario Party 9, an arrangement of "Bowser Jr. Battle" plays in the Bowser Jr. minigames Crossfire Caverns, Bumper Sparks, and Pair of Aces. It is titled "Bowser Jr. Battle 4" in the game's sound test.

Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge[edit]

In Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge, two different arrangements of "Bowser Jr. Battle" arranged by James Phillipsen play in the levels of Air Tumble Rumble. The first arrangement plays in Bowser Jr. 1 and Bowser Jr. 3, while the second arrangement plays in Bowser Jr. 2 and Bowser Jr. 4.
