Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge levels

Bowser Jr. 1 is the first level of Air Tumble Rumble in Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge. This level introduces Air Fans. Mini Bowser Jr. is the only Mini that is allowed in the level.

Overview[edit]

Mini Bowser Jr. begins at the top left of the level, with the amiibo Door in the bottom right. To reach the door, the player must tap on Mini Bowser Jr. and the Air Fans to turn the four near him on and fly him to an Air Fan in the middle of them; once Mini Bowser Jr. is in front of this one, they should turn the Air Fan on to move him towards two more fans and into the top right, then turn it off so he falls to the ground in the middle. The player must then turn off the fan to the left of Mini Bowser Jr. so he can walk across it and into the gusts of three more Air Fans. When Mini Bowser Jr. is directly above the gap near the middle left, they should turn off the Air Fans, allowing him to fall into the path of several more fans and get blown towards the middle fan of a group of three at the bottom. The player should turn off this Air Fan so Mini Bowser Jr. can walk across some spikes with his Spike Guard ability to the Air Fan on the right and rise towards another Air Fan. The player must turn this Air Fan on to blow Mini Bowser Jr. near the amiibo Door; once it is turned off, he walks into the door and completes the level.

amiibo Tokens[edit]

The regular amiibo Token is near the center, on top of a set of spikes. The player should follow the route to the amiibo Door, but after Mini Bowser Jr. crosses the Air Fan in the middle right, they must let him fall into the gust of the first Air Fan pointing left and immediately turn it off. Mini Bowser Jr. will use his Spike Guard ability to walk across the spikes and a deactivated Air Fan, then collect the amiibo Token.

The Golden amiibo Token is near the bottom, on a small set of spikes just above the group of three Air Fans. The player should follow the route to the amiibo Door, but after Mini Bowser Jr. gets blown towards the three Air Fans, they must turn the leftmost Air Fan on once he is close to it to move him to the ledge with the spikes. After the player turns off the fan, Mini Bowser Jr. uses his Spike Guard ability to cross the spikes and pick up the amiibo Token.
