Not to be confused with Mushroom Doctor or Dr. Toadley.

Dr. Toad is, as his name would imply, a Toad doctor. He first appears in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, where he is trying to help Mario recover from Bean Fever in Little Fungitown. However, since he does not have the appropriate medicine, he sends Luigi on a quest to get Crabbie Grass from Guffawha Ruins.

In the remake, he is redesigned to look more like the current depiction of Toads, and his headlamp is centered.
