Mario Paint Yūshō Naizō Ban is a version of Mario Paint that was broadcast for the Satellaview system. The game is similar to another version of Mario Paint for the Satellaview, Mario Paint BS Ban, but it also has a hidden picture - identified as "Dreaming of the Moon" (「月を夢見て」) by Mizota Hiroko (溝田 祐子) from the Mario Paint contest - which can be found by using the "Load" option in "Save/Load/Coloring Book."

Controls[edit]

Unlike the original Mario Paint, both Mario Paint BS Ban and Mario Paint Yūshō Naizō Ban are controlled entirely with a controller, rather than the mouse. As a result, there are a few tweaks to the controls to fit the new controller. The X Button button can be used to brake the cursor if pressed. If a direction is pressed in this state, the cursor will move over one pixel, and if held, it will move the cursor much slower in that direction. In addition, the "Mouse Speed" option has no effect on the cursor in this version. These controls are also used in the Gnat Attack minigame.
