Bumpers[1][page number needed] are stage obstacles in Waluigi Pinball from Mario Kart DS, Mario Kart 7 and Mario Kart Tour, found at the course's final stretch. Like the bumpers on real-world pinball machines, they bounce away players and pinballs opposite the direction they were approached by.
