The item resembles a white powder in a dark grey bowl, and can be found alongside various other cooking items in the kitchen of Princess Peach's Castle.
Its only appearance is during Princess Peach's interlude after chapter four. The princess needs to sneak into the castle's kitchen and bake a delicious cake for Gourmet Guy, in exchange for information on the location of the next imprisoned Star Spirit. Peach must use flour along with Butter, Cream, Milk, Salt, Strawberries, and Sugar to produce a cake delicious enough to meet Gourmet Guy's standards.
