Chill Out is the fourth Special Move taught to Mario in the game Paper Mario.
After Mario rescues the Star Spirit, Muskular, from General Guy, who was keeping him under Bowser's orders in Shy Guy's Toy Box, the honorable Star Spirit fills Mario's Star Power Gauge and teaches him a new move called Chill Out. This status-altering special move lowers every enemy's attack power by three points. The move costs only two SP, making it popular for use in battles with many enemies.
