This user is suffering from psychological problems since 2016. The symptom is roughly the same as in Karen Horney's The Neurotic Personality of Our Time. He decides that his neurosis would be alleviated if he became unable to use this account.
The way he will "abandon" his account is this: type a hard-to-remember password (like fdsklfhdsafsdkajfhsdkjaf) on Notepad, use it to reset this account, and then delete the password quickly. This ensures that he will never be able to re-login.
Anyway, I'm sorry for almost everything I did in the User talk namespace since 2016.
