Mario Medal Island is a medal game by Sunwise that was presumably released in 1996. It uses artwork from Super Mario World. Very little is known about the game as the only proof of this game's existence is in magazines. According to one of the aforementioned magazines, the game supports up to four players and the maximum amount of payout is 81.
