Spring Blocks[1] are objects in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. They are broad blocks that feature a board connected by two springs. When Spring Blocks are hit from underneath, the springs bounce upward, launching any players, enemies, or items. Spring Blocks occur in two colors, blue and red. Red Spring Blocks have an increased reach compared to their blue versions.

Spring Blocks appear in only two courses: Rolla Koopa Derby, where a blue one is used to launch Koopa Shells into Rolla Koopas, and Break Time! Pop Up, Hoppo!, where both colors of Spring Blocks are needed to guide a Hoppo into a hole.
