Moving ? Blocks[1] are a variant of ? Block that appears in New Super Mario Bros. They are ? Blocks attached to a strand of Scuttlebug-like spider silk that makes them bounce upon contact. They appear in World 4-Ghost House and World 6-3. In the former level, a ? Switch spawns four moving ? Blocks from the ceiling for a short time before rising again. If Mario or Luigi stands on a block as it rises, he enters a secret room containing the first Star Coin.
