Notes[edit]

  • There is a discrepancy in quality between the music for minigames, which appears to be a direct hardware recording, compared to the music for the main game and multiplayer, which appears to be re-rendered in higher quality. The re-rendered music's quality is comparable to the tracks which appeared on Super Mario History 1985-2010 and The 30th Anniversary Super Mario Bros. Music, though the track lengths are not identical.
  • The version of "Boss Battle" in this soundtrack originally had a noticeably slower tempo than that of the original game. This was corrected in an update on June 1, 2026; the updated track was changed from a re-rendered version to a direct hardware recording.[4]
  • This soundtrack's English title on Nintendo Music includes a trailing space.[5]
