The Kerai are three Face Blocks given life and a body by Debidebi Daiō in Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land 3 of the Super Mario Kodansha manga. As a head they have a standard Face Block (with a surprised expression), a Empty Face Block (with an angry expression), and a Jump Face Block (with a similing flower/sun), and they have「けらい」written on their torsos.
They help in the lair by controlling the Konotako's gas machine, or complimenting the boss. Since they are considered the "small fries" of the group, they are not sent in battle. In the penultimate chapter, however, one of them gets the idea of directing an exhaust pipe of the Konotako's gas against Jet Wario to make him rot and stop him from boarding their airship-lair. While their plan works, due to Wario's impure heart, he resists long enough to let Mario board the ship and take down Bobo.
When Debidebi Daiō is defeated and his crown sealed, all of his curses are broken, and the Kerai turn to normal Face Blocks.
