Color Blocks[1] (or Colour Blocks)[2] are a type of block from Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis, including Pink Blocks, Magnetic Blocks, Fire Blocks, and Bomb Blocks. The player can tap any Color Blocks present in the level with the Stylus stylus to pick them up, adding them to the inventory displayed on the top screen. If the player has a sufficient number of Color Blocks present in the inventory, they can tap block outlines[1] with the stylus to place Color Blocks in the positions of the block outlines, removing the number of Color Blocks used from the inventory.

Pink Blocks are the only one of these blocks to appear in later games of the Mario vs. Donkey Kong series, though they no longer have defined endpoints and each Pink Block can be placed and removed individually. Pink Blocks sometimes appear in grid arrangements, enabling the player to build staircases.
