Big Smogrins[1] are giant variants of the Smogrin enemy from Super Mario Bros. Wonder. They are giant purple clouds with red, beady eyes, five sharp teeth and even larger cheeks.
This enemy is first found in KO Arena Fluff-Puff Kerfuff, in which one of them is fought alongside six Smogrins and one Hefty Smogrin. Much like a normal Smogrin, it floats back and forth in an attempt to harm the player, but it is four times as large and does not leave behind a trail of clouds. Due to their size, they cannot be defeated with a Bubble Flower; however, they can be taken out with a single stomp. Big Smogrins appear in three more levels, those being The Final Trial: Zip Track Dash, Expert Badge Challenge Spring Feet II, and Dragon Boneyard.
