Description
Disappear from sight, making it impossible for enemies to spot you.

Effect Turns the player invisible
Comparable

The Invisibility Badge in Super Mario Bros. Wonder is an Expert Badge that turns the player invisible. Enemies do not spot players that are under the effects of the badge. For example, Bulrushes will not charge when an invisible player is standing in front of them; the Bulrush must be stood on or attacked to charge.

When wearing the badge, players start each course by backflipping into a cloud of dust and end each course by turning visible. Players' shadows can still be seen on background walls. In addition, carried objects, projectiles, greetings, and other visual effects remain visible. Standing under cones of light in courses such as Light-Switch Mansion temporarily makes players visible.

The badge is obtained by completing either of its Badge Challenges, Expert Badge Challenge Invisibility I and Expert Badge Challenge Invisibility II.

Dialogue[edit]

The dialogue before battling bosses is changed while wearing the badge.

When reaching Bowser Jr. at the end of Pipe-Rock Plateau Palace while wearing the badge, Bowser Jr. instead says:

Huh? Who's there!

Ohhhh, you wanna play hide-and-seek, don't ya? Hehe... All right. I'll play with you!{

This palace is super mega loaded with Castle BowserDad's Wonder power.

No way you're gonna beat me! But it's gonna be fun to see you try.

When reaching Bowser Jr. at the end of Fluff-Puff Peaks Palace while wearing the badge, Bowser Jr. instead says:

Mmm, I'm all snacked up, so it's time for a little nap...

Huh? It feels like somebody's watching me...

Probably that prince and his friend. They just never go away...

Well, I'm not gonna let you bug Castle BowserDad!

When reaching Bowser Jr. at the end of Sunbaked Desert Palace while wearing the badge, Bowser Jr. instead says:

What's going on? Where are those bubbles coming from?

Argh! It's just the prince and his friend again. Don't go pranking me like that!

Anyway, Castle BowserDad's big, bad Wonder is gonna be ready soon, and I can't wait!

So I'm making sure you stay outta our way!

When reaching Bowser Jr. at the end of Deep Magma Bog Palace while wearing the badge, Bowser Jr. instead says:

I feel like someone's nearby... I wonder if it's a ghost!

Hmph! Ghosts don't scare me!

Grumpy Castle BowserDad is way scarier than silly little ghosts!

Well, if you're a ghost, I'm still gonna beat you up!

When meeting Wonder Bowser Jr. at the start of The Final Battle! Bowser's Rage Stage while wearing the badge, Bowser Jr. instead says:

Huh? Why can't I see you!

Well, it doesn't matter where you hide.

I've got a front-row ticket to Castle BowserDad's big finale...

And you're not gonna ruin that for me! Now you get to see how big and bad I REALLY am!",

When reaching Castle Bowser at the end of The Final Battle! Bowser's Rage Stage while wearing the badge, Castle Bowser instead says:

Gwahaha... Did you really think that badge would fool me?! I see you!
