The Add ! Blocks Badge in Super Mario Bros. Wonder and Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park is a Boost Badge that adds ! Blocks, which behave like ? Blocks, to courses. These ! Blocks can act as extra platforms, trap enemies, hint at the location of Hidden Blocks, or contain coins or power-ups. In the course Welcome to the Flower Kingdom!, an ! Block contains a vine that takes the player character to an area that is otherwise inaccessible.

The badge is purchaseable from any Poplin Shop except the shop in Pipe-Rock Plateau and the secret shop in Sunbaked Desert.

In Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park, the Add ! Badge is incorporated into two Dual Badges, Auto Super Mushroom + Add ! Blocks and Add ! Blocks + Sensor.
