"A Night at Boo's Opera"[1][2] is a song in Super Mario Bros. Wonder, where it plays during the Wonder Effect in Light-Switch Mansion. This song is performed in-universe by King Boo, who is accompanied by the course's Boos and Noknoks. The instrumental consists of a piano, pizzicato, organ, theremin, xylophone, tubular bells, crash cymbals, and a woodblock. If the player faces King Boo, he will distort his singing.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder marks the first appearances of "A Night at Boo's Opera", and it returns in the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park, for the same purpose.

Exclusively in the Meetup in Bellabel Park campaign, the theme that plays in the Think Fast: Boo's Coin Spree attraction quotes the first five notes of "A Night at Boo's Opera" in the intro, likewise titled "Think Fast: Boo's Coin Spree" in the Nintendo Music app.
