“Stomps even spiked foes effortlessly.”
In-game description, Paper Mario: Sticker Star

Shiny Iron Boots (originally Shiny Iron Jumps) are weapons in the Paper Mario series. They appear as stickers in Paper Mario: Sticker Star and return as regular battle items in Paper Mario: The Origami King. They are a shiny variant of Iron Jumps/Iron Boots. They can be purchased at shops for a fair price or found in unusual conditions.

History

Paper Mario: Sticker Star

“An attack that delivers a slightly stronger stomp on spiked enemies. Though made of iron, it's quite light!”
Sticker Museum plaque, Paper Mario: Sticker Star

Shiny Iron Boots first appear as stickers in Paper Mario: Sticker Star, where they are known as Shiny Iron Jumps. They are stronger than Iron Jumps and weaker than Flashy Iron Jumps. They can be purchased at Shaved-Ice Cave or Rumble Volcano, or found in other rare places throughout the game. They can be used to stomp spiked enemies, similar to the other types of Iron Boots. Other forms include Big Shiny Iron Jumps and Megaflash Iron Jumps.

Paper Mario: The Origami King

“Stronger and shinier than your regular Iron Boots.”
In-game description, Paper Mario: The Origami King

Shiny Iron Boots reappear in Paper Mario: The Origami King under their current name. They have a similar usage and are best used for enemy formations in a straight line. They can be purchased at Toad Town for 600 coins.
