Hidden Character Blocks,[1] also referred to as invisible character blocks,[2] are a type of block in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. They act much like Hidden Blocks, except that they become visible when a specific playable character approaches them, as signified by them sporting a specific background color and the character's emblem. However, Co-Star Luma, who does not have their own Hidden Character Block, has the ability to reveal all Hidden Character Blocks. Even when Hidden Character Blocks are hit and become an Empty Block, they retain the character emblem they had initially. They appear in a multitude of levels, though they are most frequently utilized in most of the Search Party levels.
