The Fahr Outpost mayor is a green Bob-omb with a hat resembling an ushanka who is appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Similar to other Bob-ombs from Fahr Outpost, he speaks in a stereotypical Russian accent. If Mario asks the mayor to use the cannon without Admiral Bobbery out, he will act as if there is no cannon.
