Similar to other Bob-ombs from [[Fahr Outpost]], he speaks in a stereotypical Russian accent. If [[Mario]] asks the mayor to use the cannon without [[Admiral Bobbery]] out, he will act as if there is no cannon. Once Mario has Bobbery out, he will tell Mario that he does not have the key or permit to operate the cannon. Once Mario gets both items from [[Goldbob]] and [[General White]], he lets Mario use the cannon.
