Super Mario Odyssey marks the first appearance of "Tostarena Nights". An 8-bit version of the theme, titled "Tostarena Nights - 8-Bit" on Nintendo Music and "Tostarena: Night (8-Bit)" in the Music List, plays when Mario is in a 2D section of the kingdom during the same scenario. Both tracks are also featured on the Super Mario Odyssey Original Soundtrack.
