Mini-Egg is a move which the Yoshi uses during the events of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. This move is learned by leveling him up to Super Rank. The move is executed in almost the same way as Earth Tremor. One must press gcn when a star lights up, three can be made at one time. The Yoshi will then throw the eggs at random enemies, shrinking them and dealing damage. When Yoshi is upgraded to Ultra Rank the number of eggs increases to four. Each egg will do one damage, even if the Yoshi's attack has been raised. However, if Mario equips Power Plus P, the attack power will be raised.

Mini-Egg is a move which Yoshi learns during the events of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door after reaching Super Rank. This move costs 3 FP to perform. The Action Command determines how many eggs are thrown by Yoshi. One egg will be thrown for each time the player correctly presses A Button as the star lights up, resulting in up to three eggs at Super Rank, or four at Ultra Rank. These eggs deal 1 damage at base power and are affected by most attack power buffs with the exception of Charge. Unlike Yoshi’s other multi-hit moves (Ground Pound and Stampede) the damage of consecutive hits does not decrease – all eggs will have the same attack power. Each egg also has a chance of shrinking the enemy, depending on each enemy's individual susceptibility. Furthermore, the player cannot pick a target for this attack, with each individual throw targeting an enemy at random.

To perform the move's stylish, the player must press A Button as the final egg thrown by Yoshi hits the enemy.
