"The Open Plane" is a theme composed for Super Paper Mario. It is a heavily synthesized theme that features a mix of chiptune sounds and samples and even incorporates a melodic arrangement of "Ground BGM" from Super Mario Bros. The theme's main locations where it can be heard is in The Bitlands, the shore area of The Tile Pool, The Dotwood Tree and the exterior of Fort Francis from Chapter 3.
