Uerubā is a disguise Wendy assumes in Super Mario: Yoshi no Road Hunting 1 of the Super Mario Kodansha manga. She is magically disguised as a female Toad with a thin, large, striped mushroom cap with a ribbon and big eyes.
Not knowing where to proceed after Crescent Coast, Mario and Yoshi are approached by Uerubā. She tells them that a giant frog is causing unnatural snow storms on Spirit Mountain, where she lives, so the duo follows her. Yoshi develops a crush on Uerubā, and grows jealous of Mario getting all the attention from her, until he realizes that, if he ends up with her, he can "console" Princess Peach. After being engulfed by the storm, casued by Morton's mecha, Wendy reveals herself, explaining that she led them to a trap, to get revenge for how Mario defeated her, but Mario points out that she technically defeated herself by holding the bombs that exploded in her hands.
