Koopa Daimyōjin is a deity that appears in Super Mario Bros. 4: Super Mario World 7 of the Super Mario Kodansha manga.
On Kame Star, Bowser erected a temple to him, complete with a giant statue. The statue is identical to "American Koopa", the manga's adaptation of King Koopa as he appears in the DIC Entertainment cartoons holding two candles. Bowser intends to marry Princess Peach and Princess Daisy in front of his statue, but the princesses refuse to follow through with his plan. After he captures their rescuers and fakes being the superhero Great, they accept to marry him, but Mario breaks free, reveals and proves himself to be Great, causing the princesses to run to him. Furious, Bowser pleads help from the deity, who in turns gives him his own powers, turning him into Koopa Seven. While transforming, Bowser grows larger, destroying the statue and then the Kame Star itself.
