Template:Kart-infobox The Wild Black is a kart that appears in Mario Kart Tour, classified as a High-End kart. It is a variant of the Wild Wing with a black color scheme and red accents. Its color scheme may be inspired by Diddy Kong’s Wild Wing from Mario Kart Wii, but without the brown stripes and fenders and with black rear wings. It uses red versions of the Standard tires from Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, which the Wild Wing uses. Unlike the Wild Wing, this kart offers longer-lasting Mini-Turbo boosts and awards bonus points for performing one.
This kart was available as part of a special offer during the first week of both the Trick Tour and the Pirate Tour.
Profiles and statistics
- Mario Kart Tour Twitter: "With its sleek, jet-black body accented by a pair of stylish red lines, the Wild Black is here to roam free on the track. Its headlights, which bear a striking resemblance to animal eyes, are pretty intimidating, huh?"[1]
